SHIPPING – Aluminium

All products shipped in Perth, north of the river $125 and all items shipped in Perth, south of the river $150. Exclusions apply – if the suburb falls within the exclusion zone a refund will be offered.

Delivery days are Mon, Wed, Fri for North of the River and Tues, Thurs for South of the River.

If products are ordered by Monday 4PM (16:00) or one week thereafter depending on stock availability on standard colours and quantity. If there are any delays customers will be notified via Email or Phone. Please note there is a lead 3-week lead time for all custom colours. Check out our colour range & order from our store. 

Return & RefunD Policy –  Aluminium

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund, credit or exchange on aluminium products as this part of our special order product rage (unless the product is not fit for purpose or faulty). For change of mind there is a 100% restocking fee.

If you notice a product is faulty or damaged, you are required to notify our team within 48 hours from time of delivery/collection to arrange for an exchange or refund (providing items have not been used or tampered with). A proof of purchase will be required in order for us to process your exchange or refund.

The Australian Consumer LAW

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The privacy of all those who use this website, is important to us. We will not wilfully disclose any personal information regarding our users without first obtaining approval. By using our website, you agree to the collection and use of your information as outlined in this policy and to our terms and conditions.

We receive and reply to emails from our users on a regular basis, for our record keeping purposes we retain copies of most emails sent to us. The information in the email will not be disclosed to any third party without permission from the sender.

There is no collection of any personal information about you (such as your name or email address) from the use of this website, except where you have specifically provided us with that information. If you do provide us with the above information, you consent to Wanneroo Patios using that personal information lawfully at its sole and absolute discretion, including for the purposes of providing promotional and marketing materials by other means.

SECURITY POLICY

When purchasing from Wanneroo Patios, credit card details are transmitted through a secure server via square. Credit card data is not hosted or stored by Wanneroo Patios after processing.

CHANGES TO OUR POLICIES

Wanneroo Patios may make changes to our privacy policy from time to time at our discretion and without notice. If any such changes are made, we will try our best to make this aware to our users. An updated privacy policy and our return & refund policy will be maintained on the website.
